Connected Impact Advisory is an independent evaluation and strategy consultancy. We work with evidence, learning, and community-centred practice.

She Thinks

AI Literacy · For Every Woman · At Every Stage

She Thinks exists so that no woman gets left behind by AI, regardless of her life stage, her role, whether she's in paid work or caring for children or a family member, or whether she's ever thought AI had anything to do with her.

AI is changing work, community, and daily life quickly. Much of that conversation has happened without women, particularly women who don't work in tech, who are mid-career or returning to work, who are in community roles, or who haven't seen themselves in the AI story yet.

She Thinks is built around that gap. The resources meet women where they are: no jargon, no assumed prior knowledge, no irrelevant use cases. Practical tools for real life and real work.

Belinda
Hendrickson

Belinda (Bee) Hendrickson is the founder and principal advisor of Connected Impact Advisory. She has worked in monitoring, evaluation, and learning across the nonprofit and social sector, with organisations working on data, strategy, and community outcomes.

Her work draws on MEL, systems thinking, and strategy, with a focus on place-based approaches and community-centred practice. She works with organisations that want to understand their impact and act on what they find.

Bee founded Connected Impact Advisory to bring independent evaluation and strategy support to organisations working on social change. She also founded She Thinks, a CIA initiative on AI literacy for women, built on the idea that no woman should be left behind by AI, regardless of her life stage, role, or starting point.
